Lifetime Engagement Ring Warranty
We offer a free lifetime warranty on all engagement rings purchased from James Martin Jewelers. This warranty includes:
- Ring sizing
- Refinishing and polishing
- Prong re-tipping and tightening
- Replacement of diamonds under 0.20 carats (due to normal wear)
To keep this lifetime warranty active, we kindly ask that you bring your ring in every six months for a complimentary clean and inspection. These visits allow our experts to check for any signs of wear, ensure your stones are secure, and keep your ring looking its best for a lifetime.
Two-Year Warranty on New Merchandise
We also provide a two-year warranty on all new gold and platinum fashion merchandise purchased from James Martin Jewelers with 6 month inspections. This covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. Should something arise, we’ll work with you to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.
